To achieve this goal, we will actively promote telecommuting and flexible work arrangements among our employees. We will provide the necessary tools and technology to support remote work, such as video conferencing software and remote access to company systems. Additionally, we will encourage employees to carpool, use public transportation, or bike to work when commuting is necessary. We will track the reduction in commuting-related emissions and regularly communicate progress to employees through internal channels.
